Once the verification and vetting process has been completed, applicants will receive the application outcome.

If an application is successful, you will be sent a ‘platform profile form’ to complete, so that our profile and account team can get your verified clinic live on our platform – Maximising your online presence for potential client and patients to search and contact your trusted business.

If your application is unsuccessful due to not being able to verify your business or failure to meet our mandatory requirements, our verification team will let you know via email and the reason for this decision / outcome.
